I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.  Do feel welcome to ask questions before purchase, once an order is placed it is put into production.
Email ezrasbox@gmail within 3 business days of receipt. Return shipping, tracking & insurance is the responsibility of the customer. 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Worn merchandise 

International orders are non refundable.
